Job Summary: Marketing Director at A Cleaner World
A Cleaner World (ACW), a premier dry-cleaning company in North Carolina, is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Director. This role is integral to our mission of driving marketing initiatives across our three brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand building, a strategic mindset, and a talent for fostering meaningful connections with our customers and communities.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies, including SEO and PPC, for our brands.
- Maintain and enhance website performance and content creation for all brand websites.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce creative advertisements and public-facing communications.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, feedback, and reviews to uphold the brand image.
- Manage auto-triggered Point-of-Sale retention marketing program to enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage auto-triggered email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Act as a liaison for community service programs and represent ACW in news interviews related to these initiatives.
- Maintain the company's social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Create weekly and monthly blog content to assist with SEO.
- Communicate marketing efforts to the leadership and company team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent 4+ years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and media appearances.
- Proficiency in SEO and PPC advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Drupal, WordPress, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for marketing data analysis.
- Web design and development skills for site updates.
- Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience in allocating marketing budget to achieve strategic goals.
- Graphic design experience, with Canva Pro proficiency a plus.
- Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
