Job Summary: The Marketing Director will spearhead our Google Ads and SEO strategies, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service that not only meets but exceeds their digital marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a results-driven mindset to optimize our clients' campaigns for maximum visibility, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads strategies to increase visibility and conversions for our clients.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content strategy, link-building, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website development.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in SEO and Google Ads, incorporating new techniques and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and other digital marketing software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
