- Supports the Creative Services Manager with marketing project assignments.
- Incorporates feedback into the copy, making sure calls-to-action are clear and measurable, and meeting all deadlines.
- Proofreads marketing materials for correct grammar usage, accurate and timely content, and the integrity and consistency of LifeBridge Health system brand. May write short copy as part of the proofreading process.
- Coordinates marketing projects, including launching and tacking requests through project management software
Collaboration: Works with other members of the marketing team and clients around the system to produce marketing campaigns.
- Collaborates with the graphic designers to concept impactful creative. Obtain necessary approvals as it relates to collateral, advertising, public relations efforts, social media strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Corresponds and collaborates with internal clients (including physicians) to develop targeted campaigns and collateral that help them achieve departmental goals

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Click-Up;critical thinking skills
