The Job:
As an Associate Creative Project Manager you will be a part of the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team working remotely. You will get to:
- Oversee social, digital and shopper execution of projects end-to-end.
- Drive defined social and digital process and ensure creative team is set up for success and delivers on time.
- Set project schedules and task deadlines within the project management system. Monitor risks including delays and scope changes.
- Be the gatekeeper to creative requests from cross-functional teams, ensuring creative requests are complete, timelines are attainable, and projects can be resourced.
- Review and oversee all incoming and active projects with senior Project Manager/studio leadership, working to prioritize, allocate resources and develop project roadmaps.
- Track and communicate project statuses daily, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues in collaboration with the creative team.
- Proactively implement process improvements along the way for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate an understanding of organizational dynamics to effectively navigate the development of timelines that meet the needs of all project members.
The Person:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in a project management role supporting creative work.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or other project management software (Asana, Jira, Basecamp)
- Experience leveraging remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Box, Miro)
- Agency experience
