As the Creative Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of video projects, ranging from commercials to long-form content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Anticipate and address any potential challenges that may impact the project timeline.
- Communicate with a multidisciplinary team, including producers, directors, editors, and other creative professionals.
- Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with the accounting team to create, review, and send client invoices.
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and timely collection of revenue.
- Work closely with the account and production team to manage project and filming budgets.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including Creative Directors and Editors, to ensure creative objectives align with project goals.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that the final product meets high standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and revisions to maintain quality throughout the production process.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
We seek:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ Years’ experience in account or project management in marketing, advertising, fundraising, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in video production.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with video production processes and equipment.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Programs – Outlook Mail & Calendar, Word, Excel, Pages, PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Mac OS
- Preferred experience with Adobe Workfront, AirTable, Asana or other similar project management or CRM software and systems.
