Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure a positive customer experience. ```Responsibilities``` - Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information - Proficiency in using technology such as cash registers, computers, and phone systems - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
