Opportunity

Twin Health is on the lookout for a talented and imaginative Marketing Copywriter to join our vibrant and growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for crafting compelling copy, a keen understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects across the member marketing funnel from member acquisition, to activation, to engagement, and retention. This person will have an opportunity to impact one of our north star metrics and directly drive member growth for the business.

This position is part of the Twin Health Marketing team, where you'll collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing team and other stakeholder teams, including Clinical Operations, Product and Engineering. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and has a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions through impactful copywriting.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, SMS, mailers, social media posts, and more.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with partner marketing, clinical operations, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Creative Ideation: Lead content brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Project Management: Ensure all project deliverables and deadlines are met and status updates / blockers to projects are shared through consistent project management updates
  • Optimization: Recommend ideas for a/b testing and improving overall effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Partner with the central Data team to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and copywriting efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in copywriting and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across various channels and formats.
  • Experience writing copy for an in-house marketing team and at a tech startup is preferred
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop compelling, audience-centric copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, contributing ideas and feedback constructively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for health and wellness is essential.
  • PreferredNice to Have:
  • Experience with copywriting for healthcare marketing and/or challenging-to-market products/services (B2B2C).
  • Experience with writing effective direct response marketing campaigns and lifecycle marketing campaigns and/or journeys.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually.
