Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for an energized, articulate and innovative Marketing Coordinator to support the SVP of Marketing as well as overall marketing initiatives. We are looking for a full time qualified, high caliber Marketing Coordinator who is creative, smart, agile, a doer and enjoys working in a dynamic environment that is team driven, results driven and service oriented. We are looking for a candidate who has significant past experience performing administrative duties and supporting a diverse range of marketing efforts. This will include but won’t be limited to managing calendars and appointments, arranging travel, note taking during meetings, creating or editing presentations, managing ship outs and occasional special projects. Extra consideration will be given to anyone who has worked in a startup, fast-paced environment before. This position is onsite, located in West Hollywood, CA.

Patrick Ta Beauty was founded in 2019 by world-renowned celebrity makeup artist, Patrick Ta and one of his first-ever clients and beauty and skincare expert, Rima Minasyan. The pair work together to create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. Patrick Ta Beauty's goal has always been to make their consumer feel great in their skin and give them versatile products that can create any look.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a true right hand and business partner to the SVP Marketing and Marketing team, assisting with whatever assistance is needed in an administrative capacity.
- Manage calendar and facilitate the integration and prioritization of business activities.
- Assist with presentation creation and adhoc reporting as needed.
- Organize and manage business trips and coordinate travel arrangements (i.e., flights, hotels,
- dinners, driver schedule, expenses, etc.)
- Support the team with ship outs of product for influencers or gifts, managing the product
- closet stock/reorder, maintaining the shoot room.
- Draft a monthly Competitive Launch roundup to keep the teams informed on competitive
- launches and key points of differentiation.
- Source and share industry news, and articles on a monthly basis to keep team up to date
- on competitive activity and trends
- Social beauty trend hunting
- Support social, influencer, and trade marketing team members, where relevant (ex: pitch in
- on social Community Management or helping to vet an influencer partner)

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
- marketing.
- Expertise in calendar management and flawless execution of administrative duties.
- High attention to detail, organization, and process. Active listener.
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate to key stakeholders especially board members and investors.
- Very proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge and proficiency with Apple computers, tablets and phones.
- Willingness to accept feedback, learn from mistakes and adapt to a changing environment.

$70,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
