Job Description
A Marketing Coordinator combines design skills and technical knowledge to develop visual effects for use in the production of in-house videos, television commercials, radio commercials, web design and ad production.
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Conceptualize ideas with marketing coordinators, marketing manager and marketing director and translate into video for social and tv
Create and design proofs
Web experience with basic html language and knowledge of various email and web design software.
Prepare digital graphic files for website
Proficient at desktop publishing software, particularly Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects, along with purchasing and utilizing necessary tools to produce professional product.
Communicate with television stations to coordinate efforts with a clear understanding of video production scheduling
Prepares purchase orders for marketing projects and events based on budget
Help develop and produce videos for website and social media outlets
Prepares and distributes information to agencies for printing signs, coupons, banners, flyers, and other marketing tools
Interfaces with advertising and/or other agencies to meet deadlines of radio and television advertisements
Maintain and distribute property collateral
Assist Marketing Director in the creation of marketing materials including video production primarily
Assist event and social media coordinator in shooting and securing video and photos for upcoming events
Assist with customer events, programs and parties securing employee involvement or assistance when necessary
Interface with all departments and managers necessary for gathering and producing marketing material to better promote the resort
Assists graphic designer in maintaining property collateral (signage, information packages etc.)
Ensures proper department appearance and grooming standards are followed
Attends all company required training
Complies with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
Adheres to all safety guidelines
Meets company attendance requirements
May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
