Marketing Coordinator
This hybrid position is located in Dripping Springs, TX and will require up to 20% travel.
A dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll wear many hats and contribute to a company's marketing success. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing HHS’ presence at B2B tradeshows and conferences throughout our diversifications. This role will require travel to attend these events. In addition to event coordination, this role will be instrumental in supporting the marketing team and contributing to special projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for HHS' participation in B2B conferences and tradeshows, maximizing brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage event logistics, encompassing coordination, budget adherence, and on-site execution.
- Host HHS’ trade show booth and interact with potential customers.
- Conduct thorough post-event analyses, extracting data-driven insights to optimize future event performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, design) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to special projects and campaigns across the marketing team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Assist with social media content development as needed.
- Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- This role requires 10 - 20% travel for tradeshows and conferences
