Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Marketing Director to support our marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and has experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing graphics and assets for marketing campaigns.
- Support the team in creating & deploying marketing materials across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, including blog deployment and content management.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Previous experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong skills in Canva for graphic design.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Familiarity with WordPress and a basic understanding of website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
