Our clients are small businesses with up to 25 employees, so often we work directly with the CEO/Marketing Lead, and have quite a bit of freedom to implement our ideas.
About the Marketing Coordinator Role:

Riseable is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help us track and interpret data across multiple client properties, empowering our team to quickly access accurate data on the performance of marketing campaigns.
If you're interested in Facebook or Google Ads, want to dive deep into Google Analytics, and enjoy learning about marketing automation, this could be the perfect role for you!
We're looking for someone who can follow detailed step-by-step instructions, gets excited about reporting and data, loves using spreadsheets, and is skilled at using numbers to tell stories.
You will learn on-the-job to configure programs like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and more. Once these are all setup properly, you are to ensure all the tools are integrated and tracking the proper information.
Riseable maintains reporting dashboards for each client in Google Sheets, and you would ensure these are setup properly, and interpret the data – making suggestions on where our team can optimize.
In the digital age, there are quite a few softwares to keep up with and web applications that our clients use. We don’t expect you to know all of them, but you MUST be a self-starter who needs minimal oversight, knows how to ask great questions, enjoys technology, and can quickly learn these tools on your own through YouTube or reading technical instructions.

The Marketing Coordinator works directly with our CEO, Account Manager, Marketing Strategist, and Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Audit all client marketing tools including Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Business Manager
- Ensure all tools are properly configured, tested, and team access is delegated to the tools they need to perform their work at the highest level
- Ensure all platforms are integrated through Zapier or API
- Integrate necessary data into reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Google Data Studio, and ensure it stays accurate and up to date
- Support in planning and marketing implementation by providing simple reports discovered through the data
- Suggest small areas of improvement that create the greatest impact
- Monitor Facebook and Google Ad campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in marketing is preferred, but not required
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership
- Strong analytical ability
- 1-2 years experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who develops positive working relationships
- Knowledge of digital marketing and desire to learn all disciplines
