Job Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Hayes Gibson Property Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our affordable and market-rate housing communities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy rates, and contribute to the overall success of our communities.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and print materials.
• Ensure content aligns with the company's mission and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and update social media accounts to enhance online presence.
• Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor online community engagement.

Collateral Development:

• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, including community outreach programs and resident engagement activities.
• Collaborate with property management teams to execute successful events.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement of strategies.

Digital Marketing:

• Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

Photography and Videography:

• Coordinate the capture of high-quality photos and videos showcasing property features and amenities.
• Work with external vendors as needed.

Brand Management:

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure visuals align with the company's branding standards.

Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Including Yardi.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
