Job Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Hayes Gibson Property Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our affordable and market-rate housing communities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy rates, and contribute to the overall success of our communities.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's mission and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update social media accounts to enhance online presence.
- Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor online community engagement.
Collateral Development:
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, including community outreach programs and resident engagement activities.
- Collaborate with property management teams to execute successful events.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement of strategies.
Digital Marketing:
- Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
Photography and Videography:
- Coordinate the capture of high-quality photos and videos showcasing property features and amenities.
- Work with external vendors as needed.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visuals align with the company's branding standards.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Including Yardi.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
