Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of marketing trends and strategies to enhance our efforts and craft captivating marketing materials across platforms, bringing our brand message to life through various channels.

• Provide support to our dynamic Marketing team by coordinating and organizing marketing projects, ensuring seamless planning and execution through updated project sheets and calendars.

• Foster strong communication and partnerships with clients and vendors, managing contact lists and maintaining open lines of communication.

• Take charge of our social media presence, driving engagement and creating engaging content that sparks conversations.

• Maximize exposure and networking opportunities through event planning, coordinating conferences, events, and meetings that leave a lasting impression.

• Oversee production and organization of marketing materials, ensuring inventory readiness for impactful campaigns.

• Keep projects on track and within budget through effective project management, implementing updates, progress reports, and gaining leadership approvals.

• Adapt to the ever-changing nature of marketing, handling various tasks and providing flexible support to keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is a must.

• Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing, WordPress).

• Familiarity with Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Marketing/Communication or a related field.
