Job description
Geotech Engineering and Testing is currently in search of a Marketing Coordinator. This is a great position in a civil engineering firm. You will be responsible for assisting the business development team in managing existing clients along with gaining new ones.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposal for new projects.
- Generate new leads for the Business Development team.
- Update and maintain contact databases.
- Go to meeting and functions with clientele, as necessary.
- Assisting with writing proposals and RFQ's.
- Answer incoming sales calls.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
- Marketing and/or customer service experience.
- Outgoing, pleasant personality.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Self-starter with initiative and work well with minimal supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Teams and Zoom call experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday 8 Hour Shift)
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
Supplemental pay: Bonus pay.
