Summary/Objective
The Taproom Marketing Coordinator (TMC) will be responsible for location specific marketing support. The person is asked to connect our localized taproom guest experience with overarching Big Grove brand priorities.

Work with department leaders for strategies and targets

Job Responsibilities
Taproom Marketing Coordinator (TMC)
Special menu and digital graphic design for beer pairing dinners, holidays, community and philanthropic events
Timely capture (and gather/share/post) of regular IG/FB Stories content for social media location pages
Order and accountability to hanging Taproom signage to ensure fresh brand presence
Update digital and physical menus in location
Support in-bound messaging and customer service response (Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram DMs, Twitter DMs, etc.)
Keep up-to-date Yelp, Google Reviews, Hours, and notifications of closings
Work Environment
This position operates out of a hospitality/ brewery environment. The position will be a mix of onsite and offsite.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a 10-15 hour per week position. Hours of work/days may vary from week to week. The business is open 7 days a week during many day parts. Monday and Friday mornings are required and evenings and weekends are a key component.
Travel
Travel is an expectation for this position. A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior marketing and content management experience preferred
Proven content production ability
Enjoyment for Big Grove Brewery products
Fluent understanding of online channels and coordination to guest experience
