Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Firm
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of our team and is responsible for creating, managing and monitoring the overall marketing and branding effort of the firm. This cross-functional position includes both creative and marketing management skills with the ability to be proactive in researching the market, staying ahead of competitive and creative trends, and using that knowledge to plan, implement and produce creative designs and drive this through relevant marketing platforms and mediums to meet marketing objectives. This includes creative skills and strategically planning, creating, and implementing the marketing effort for the company and agents as may be required.
Compensation:$65,000
Responsibilities:General Responsibilities:
- Manage brand consistency across all internal and external collateral and communications.
- Planning and organizing trade shows and other events.
- Develop and promote our brand, services, and culture and participate in meetings as needed.
- Produce creative marketing collateral such as property flyers/brochures, offering memorandums, trade show banners, and other creative projects and marketing materials.
- Graphic design across all digital and print mediums.
- Management and development of content across all platforms, including creating and maintaining blogs and social media covering various topics relating to the industry, sales offerings, and other postings, all targeted in communicating positioning and brand in alignment with our culture.
- Create and assist management in creation of mass media materials such as magazine articles and press releases.
- Compliance management of communications, advertising, websites and materials.
- Create internal documents and digital templates.
- SEO and analytics reporting.
- Marketing effectiveness and analytics reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Marketing Management and/or other relevant education.
- Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to plan ahead, prioritize, organize, and manage responsibilities.
- Should be able to multi-task multiple projects and people at once in a fast-paced work environment.
- Highly professional writing, presentation skills, and technical proficiency.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
