Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to lead our content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS content creation, a deep understanding of the group insurance and pension administration space, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and educational content. This role involves creating a variety of content formats, including blogs, articles, case studies, webinars, podcasts, and video content which will support our demand generation program.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience preferences, supporting demand generation goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key themes, topics, and messages for content creation.
2. Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality written content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and whitepapers, showcasing expertise in group insurance and pension administration.
• Plan, script, and produce engaging video content, webinars, and podcasts to convey complex information in a compelling manner to fuel demand generation.
3. Thought Leadership:
• Establish and elevate the company's thought leadership in the industry through insightful and innovative content.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
4. Distribution and Promotion:
• Implement effective content distribution strategies to reach target audiences through various channels, including the website, social media, email, and industry publications to drive demand and create lead magnets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional plans for content releases.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Iterate on content strategies based on performance data to continuously improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, preferably in the group insurance and pension administration space.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in producing multimedia content, including video, webinars, and podcasts.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content distribution channels.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
