EnergyCAP, LLC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaigns Manager with great technical and operations skills and experience to join our team. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will execute lead-generation programs and regular reporting on campaign performance & pipeline development. They will bring together cross-organizational team members to collaborate on buyer-centric campaigns and build a compelling customer journey to nurture leads through all stages of the buying process.
This role is pivotal in managing various aspects of Marketing Campaigns including digital, live events, and programmatic tactics with a special emphasis on marketing operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing campaign management, proficiency in key marketing tools, and experience in coordinating major events and tradeshows. Marketing operations and experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and pipeline reporting is required.
Position type: Full-time
Location: The position is located in our Greenwood Village, CO office. Employees may work in the office full-time or may choose a mix of remote/in-office work.
Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement campaigns to create demand and support sales pipeline targets.
  • Create a seamless buyer's journey using a mix of digital, programmatic, and non-digital tactics.
  • Support content marketing efforts by developing a content strategy and identifying messaging opportunities.
  • Use buyer insights and performance data to decide on the ideal mix of marketing tactics.
  • Develop campaign briefs outlining goals, strategy, and tactics for effective execution and implementation.
  • Design a nurture strategy incorporating digital retargeting, email, and outbound tactics.
  • Enable all routes to market, including BDRs, partners, industry media, and both paid and organic channels.
  • Lead in-house webinar executions using the Zoom Webinar platform.
  • Manage Salesforce and HubSpot campaign attribution tools and processes.
  • Manage paid search and SEO consultants, executing projects that support digital marketing strategies.
  • Project manage internal campaign execution with BDRs, Sales Team, agencies, and vendors.
  • Test and optimize digital tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate to collect cross functional team feedback to inform campaign optimizations and performance management.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, measure against targets and benchmarks, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure effective budget management for high ROI on Marketing Campaigns.

Required experience and skills:

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with strong focus on demand generation.
  • Proficient in HubSpot for email marketing and workflow automation.
  • Experienced in using Salesforce for campaign management and reporting.
  • Buyer journey management & end-to-end campaign design & execution
  • Experience managing marketing agencies effectively

Pay: $90,000 to $110,000, plus a 5% annual bonus. Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
