Aside from the job description, can you provide an overview of what a day for this contractor will look like? Support the Digital Field Marketing team with many programming aspects, such as but not limited to: Splash page creation & management, reporting needs, campaign tracking, post-event analysis, and other tactical and execution work to support our Digital selling organization in AMER. Our contractor would also produce field-facing coms in our Marketing Slack channel for the OU, Marketing hub, and field events library.

Job Description:
Salesforce is looking for a motivated and data driven individual to join the AMER Field Marketing team in a contract position. This individual will manage key projects for the AMER Digital Field Marketing Team, making an impact in the way we engage prospective and existing customers as well as align to key sales stakeholders to activate programs with the field. As a member of the team, this individual will execute on various projects such as multi-channel campaign management, reporting, events planning, coordination, promotion and follow up, presenting success back to stakeholders - and more.
This individual must be an innovative thinker, with experience in developing strategic campaign programs that are targeted, consistent, actionable and integrated to deliver pipeline and ACV. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking responsibility for the success of their programs and meeting deadlines. We are looking to hire out of our hub locations (Indianapolis, Atlanta, Boston preferred) but are open to the right remote candidate located outside of those cities.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Deep analysis and understanding of business segment and reporting of campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results. Tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment and other key data points.
* Program management of campaign tactics such as segmentation, campaign creation, email programs, digital campaigns, content creation and similar demand generation tactics.
* Develop compelling go-to-market plans that help achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Deliver them to sales and marketing leadership audiences.
* Operate as a business stakeholder and partner to senior sales leadership
* Collaborate across the extended marketing and sales teams to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution, across all internal & external marketing channels.
* Understand marketing calendar of events, webinars and activities coming up, updating the calendar when new events are created and promote activities to internal teams.
* Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with stakeholders to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
* Think creatively and contribute to the big ideas, while executing on the tactics.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience with marketing programs, campaigns, and websites. Experience marketing or selling within B2B and High Tech industries preferred.
* Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics including paid digital, SEM, direct mail, events, and SEO as related to campaigns.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient if not exceptional with excel or other analytical tools.
* Use of Salesforce with strong Salesforce reporting skills highly preferred.
* Creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
* Ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance.
* Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
* Prefer candidates that have worked either with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
* Bachelor's degree required.
Experience/Skills Preferred
* Experience with other Marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, Demandbase etc. preferred.
* Works well in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
**Please note that Salesforce requires a *** per hour minimum wage forallcontractors. 5-7 years of experience in a technology setting, wants to work for a nonprofit (so might accept a lower rate) with the following basic responsibilities: ----------- Develop and execute monthly campaigns featuring a range of offers, including white papers, recorded and live web seminars, special promotions and events; promote the offers to customers and prospects through a variety of channels, including email, website, social media, SEM, partner marketing. ------ Develop all copy and creative assets required for the campaign, including email HTML, landing pages, banners, buttons etc. ------ Ensure leads and activities for existing contacts are properly routed to the sales team ------ Set up, monitor and report out on analytics for campaign measurement and tracking ------ Manage online and in-person events, including registration, event logistics, and follow-up ------ Manage content and analytics for the Foundation website
