Come join our team as a Marketing Associate to support our Marketing team. This remote position will be deeply embedded into the day-to-day operations of the marketing team including design, copywriting, project management, event management and social media. This role will be a crucial part of driving the success of our marketing team and is ideal for someone with a background in project management and marketing operations who has a genuine passion for sustainability, the environment and social justice. The position will be primarily remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Marketing Director on marketing planning and campaign management.
• Marketing tasks such as:

- Copywriting (for internal and external communications, digital and print channels)

- Design (creative direction for print and digital collateral)

- Project management (manage the flow of tasks and ensure deadlines are met)

- Event management (virtual and in-person)

• Assisting the PR Specialist with planning PR activity, outreach to media contacts, attending events.
• Analysis of marketing channels including Google Analytics, Sprout Social and SEO metrics.
• Adopt and practice a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, cognizant of transactions, inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the Compliance Officer when necessary. completion of all web-based compliance training. resolution of all issues concerning BSA report reviews of suspicious activity and or cash transactions.

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role – can be intern based experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving acumen, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Startup Drive: ability and excitement to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, value-driven environment.
• Resourceful, detail oriented and an extremely organized self-starter.

Physical Demands:

• Sustained standing and sitting;
• Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
• Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
