Summary of Position:
Work to help expand Elevate Oral Care (EOC) global business for the company’s products for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases through assisting and supporting EOC Management.
General & Specific Duties (including but not limited to):
· Develop knowledge of EOC brands and their competitors.
· Develop extensive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. Handle all logistical operations of these platforms to include, but not limited to, inventory management, shipments and tracking data, monthly reporting, opening new markets, handling customer feedback, and creating/improving listings.
· Understand the EOC sales process for both professional and consumer brands, to understand gaps and opportunities looking forward.
· Manage various international CE requirements for the Allday® brand including VAT data collection, filings, and payments through our European tax partners (currently Taxually), submit shipment paperwork and required documentation to our European Importer (currently Growth Medics), and inventory shipments in the EU marketplaces.
· Control the inventory status of marketing pieces to assure inventories are maintained and necessary changes are tracked (catalog/price list updates, updates due to flavor changes etc.). Lead times are coordinated with purchasing and future needs are accounted for with PCC leadership and meeting coordinators.
· Complete market research requests from Marketing leadership.
· Work with the Marketing Communications team to track the success of email and social media campaigns.
· Work with Webinar coordinator to assemble webinar survey for future webinar needs.
· Help international customers/distributors with purchase orders, image requests, and other support programs. Work together with the Operations department to process, fulfill and ship international orders. Work together with the Regulatory department to complete regulatory paperwork needed by current and new international customers.
· Assist Senior Marketing and Brand Manager with product launch manuals.
· Travel to various trade shows to assist in brand awareness, large scale sampling, and market research.
· Work with Sales Administrator to request changes or addition to monthly brand tracking reports.

Requirements: (Must be documented):
· Four-year degree and/or relevant prior experience.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent written/verbal skills.
· Domestic travel as assigned by Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
