We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant for our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for client projects and in-house advertising campaigns.
• Provide administrative backing to the affiliate marketing team as necessary.
• Play a pivotal role in editing and ensuring the quality of content for paid advertising initiatives.
• Manage and schedule content across various Organic Social platforms for our clients.
• Managing and editing content calendars.
• Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Marketing, including preparation for meetings, note-taking, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.

Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in using the Google Suite for efficient document handling.
• Exceptional proofreading capabilities, eye for detail, and aptitude for pristine content delivery.
• Familiarity and effective use of marketing techniques and databases.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and person-to-person skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Klaviyo.
• Proficiency with website analysis using platforms like Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical prowess, coupled with solution-focused problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in social media content management.
• Autonomy in workload management, with a skill for thriving in a dynamic, swift-moving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
