Role Description:

Are you passionate about digital marketing, thrive in a team environment, enjoy partnering with influencers, and have a keen interest in all facets of marketing? We are in search of a highly meticulous Marketing Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding team!

Responsibilities:

• Implement multiple email campaigns
• Gather metrics and report weekly on all digital marketing campaigns
• Proofreading and testing
• Monitor social marketing calendar
• Social media audience engagement
• Work with social media influencer program
• Assist with various digital marketing campaigns
• Work with other departments to share information and complete projects
• Event support for both live and online events
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with digital marketing campaigns
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong proofreader with attention to detail
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends; not required but preferred
• Social media experience (professional and/or personal)
• Tech savvy (will be working with desktop and mobile apps)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms; not required but preferred
• Reliable means of transportation (location: Rancho Santa Margarita)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
