OBJECTIVES
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services, addressing client queries effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments based on client preferences and availability.
- Utilize scheduling software or tools to manage appointments efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Clearly communicate appointment details, product information, and any relevant updates to clients and the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and relevant details in the system.

- Familiarity with the company products and services and the ability to convey their features and benefits convincingly.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and other tools to manage client interactions and appointments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years related experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
