Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality video content showcasing our properties, team members, and unique selling points.
• Manage and maintain our Social Media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor Social Media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Brainstorm and implement new ideas to enhance our online visibility and attract leads.
• Work closely with our sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate Marketing and Social Media.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in marketing or Social Media is a plus but not required.
