As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to ensure their success. ```Responsibilities```
- Develop event timelines and manage event
- Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to ensure seamless execution of events
- Coordinate event marketing efforts, including market research, SEO optimization, and advertising
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track event performance and make data-driven decisions
- Implement email marketing campaigns to promote events and engage attendees
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events
```Experience```
- Proven experience in event planning or related field
- Strong knowledge of event marketing strategies and tactics
- Familiarity with advertising sales and budgeting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
