What you will do:
The Event Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team, assisting with tasks and execution across various events and marketing channels. Successful candidates for this role also will be responsible for handling correspondence with agents and communicating with vendors and other departments within the company to keep marketing efforts on track. We’re a growing team of marketing professionals who manage a wide range of projects and wear many hats.
How you will make an impact:
- Help execute events and marketing promotions in eXp World, our cloud office environment
- Manage a marketing approval queue, ensuring adherence to eXp’s brand standards and guidelines
- Assist with contracts and invoicing, budget tracking, etc
- Work and manage external vendors/partners to manage ongoing projects
- Assist with execution of various marketing initiatives, as well as light event administrative duties
- Identify and build relationships with influencers
- Coordinate with other departments on content creation
- Plan/manage events of varying sizes and purposes while staying within budget
How you will grab our attention:
- 2+ years of marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. Event planning experience required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized is a must
- Ease with Digital Applications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MailChimp or HTML are a plus
- Curious nature and interest in real estate ideal
- An understanding of how to integrate cultural trends and nuances without making it feel forced
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and/or related field required preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
