In our mission to protect students and educators, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Development Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, drive donation campaigns, and forge meaningful partnerships.
### Position Overview
The Marketing and Development Manager will play a crucial role in raising awareness of Silent Guardian, expanding our brand presence, and securing the resources necessary to fulfill our mission. This multifaceted position requires a blend of marketing acumen, fundraising ability, and partnership development skills, all aimed at generating demand for Silent Guardian and enhancing our impact.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Brand Building: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of Silent Guardian. Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and execute campaigns that effectively convey our mission and success stories.
2. Donation Campaigns: Lead initiatives to raise funds through diverse channels, including online campaigns, events, and direct outreach to prominent donors. Develop compelling pitches and materials to inspire potential donors to support our cause.
3. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other entities focused on gun violence prevention and school safety. Work collaboratively to amplify our impact and reach.
4. Demand Generation: Implement strategies to generate demand for Silent Guardian among schools and educational districts, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our software in enhancing school safety.
5. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Marketing and fundraising campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize performance.

1. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, raising funds, and building partnerships.
2. Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
