POSITION DESCRIPTION
Marketing and Customer Service Representative
Energetic and organized team player with desire to win. Inside sales and Customer Service hybrid position. Customer interaction experience sales highly preferred. Highly computer literate.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
The Candidate should be experienced in working with computers, working with databases and creating sales flyers. The Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Excel including Microsoft Office software that support sales analysis.
DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Highly motivated, highly flexible, sociable and team player. The candidate will be in a position of high visibility to our entire customer base and have access to sensitive proprietary information. Candidate will be self-motivated, will like to set and achieve goals. Candidate must be proactive, willing to multitask, flex between tasks and work independently.
SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will work in Customer Service to help support sales and information requests. The Candidate will be trained in Customer Service supporting transactions like order entry and quotes as well as office support tasks.
Candidate will be expected to contribute skills in creativity, computer literacy, and effort addressing customer and business improvement needs. Candidate will be expected to create sales and informational materials, create sales flyers/marketing materials and manage mailings through email software.
Candidate will be expected to develop demand from store locations from both customers and prospects through calls and emails. Candidate will be expected to maintain sales development data in ERP system. He/She will maintain and develop relationships with customers and do follow ups calls and emails.
WORK SETTING:
In person. Partial remote position could be considered in the future.
COMPENSATION:
A competitive hourly rate is provided, commensurate with the responsibilities of the position, accomplishments, and contributions of the candidate.

REPORTS TO:
The Candidate reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
