What To Expect as a Lindtern:
Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members.
This Position:
We're looking for a Brand Management Intern for the Summer of 2024 who will bring their subject matter expertise to help Lindt (USA) and will be owning one to three Marketing projects, including the planning and execution of select marketing mix activities. Projects will be driven by business needs from new product development and packaging to pricing and promotion analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and help lead teams to a successful achievement of project objectives
• Communicate at a high level to appropriately craft a message and deliver it to a target audience
• Collaborate with fellow team members to plan and execute marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
Experience:

• In marketing and/or exposure to the US consumer packaged goods industry
• Using marketing mix tools

Skills Knowledge

• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Knowledge of social media tools
• Strong creative capabilities

Education Certifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program

Compensation:
$45 per hour
