You'll be responsible for developing, managing and executing automated, data-driven processes that support email marketing, inbound chat flows, service hubs/ ticketing systems, and sales enablement projects. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution. If you are entrepreneurial, have a creative spirit, are a self-starter, and thrive off the energy of a startup, we'd love to chat. Bonus points if you have agency experience with attribution and analytics.
This position will work PST business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Attribution: analyze and report on the performance and ROI of paid advertising. Be on the top of relevant technology trends in digital advertising, including latest touch attribution and analytics.
  • Define, report on, and optimize key metrics; should have strong data analysis and number crunching capabilities.
  • Ideate, t rack, analyze and report on performance metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and others.
  • Create audience segments and generate lists for use in email, digital targeting, etc.
  • Build self-service dashboards and provide insights on results.
  • Recommend and build improvements to existing systems and workflows.
  • Partner with marketing, recruiting, sales, and client service leaders to automate business processes.
  • Build and execute campaigns, programs and emails in HubSpot. Monitor performance and data flows between systems.
  • Manage comprehensive email strategies to drive lead generation, application completion, placements and clinician retention.
  • Perform A/B testing of templates, subject lines, content, and other email and landing page components to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Partner with graphic designers and other marketing team members to create templates, forms, and chat flows.
  • Manage and maintain email suppression lists.
  • Manage task list to launch campaigns on time and according to specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with email and/or marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or HubSpot. Recent experience is required .
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Marketing Analytics and attribution for paid advertising.
  • BS/BA degree required in related field.

Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $34.62 to $41.35 hourly, which equates to $72,000 to $86,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
