InCharge Energy is seeking a driven Business Analyst Intern interested in learning about the data that guides the EV industry. The Business Analyst Intern will assess new market opportunities, provide data-centric insights that support strategy development and implementation, and create/provide models in support of fleet electrification. As part of the business analyst team, you will be working cross functionally with the sales, operations, programs, and marketing teams to deliver solutions for current and prospective partners.
The Business Analyst Intern will have strong quantitative skills, excellent research and presentation skills, and acute attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Conduct a wide variety of research, including target vertical assessments, EV market assessments, and competitive landscape analysis, etc.
- Track, record, and report key metrics for clients and fleet partners
- Assist in the design and execution of analysis for potential customers, including load determination, cost analysis, route feasibility, to develop recommendations for the Sales, Programs, and Products departments.
- Prepare PowerPoint Presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other materials for internal and external meetings
- Track and verify industry trend data
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Studying finance, economics, mathematics, or a similar field
- Demonstrated success in the simultaneous delivery of multiple projects and programs
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Experience and interest in business modeling, including proficiency with analytical tools, e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience in market research, e.g., identifying market trends, competition, and market conditions, and recommending implications and a course of action
- Results-oriented and committed to delivering on individual and team objectives
- Highly developed organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Top tier verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering results through teams
- Team oriented, professional, and dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)
