Marketing & Administrative Support - Trost Marketing
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a marketing team, working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and helping to process and implement marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to schedule, process, and send marketing campaigns to print. You will be involved with customers, data, graphics, vendors, and other marketing departments to ensure campaigns are positioned for the best opportunity for success.
As Marketing & Admin Support, your role will be varied; you will work as part of a larger marketing team to offer Administrative Support and fill in essential tasks. You will perform clerical functions like organizing files, printing reports, and sending outgoing mail. In addition to administrative assistance, you will work with the admin team to process jobs sold by the sales team. This includes but is not limited to sending jobs to print, collecting payments for jobs, communicating with vendors, orchestrating shipping, managing production timelines, communicating with the sales team, communicating with customers, working with the graphics/data departments, getting client approvals, testing tracking phone numbers, providing support for the other marketing admins, and other duties to be assigned.

Requirements
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing campaigns
- Work with Lead Marketing Admin to process Mail and Non-mail jobs daily
- Manage job timelines and ensure projects are produced and delivered on time
- Communicate relevant information regarding job production and completion with customers and staff.
- Collect, process, and follow-up on job payments.
- Share relevant information internally and externally
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience
- Creative and graphic design skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and approach opportunities with a growth mindset
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously
- PC literacy, including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Knowledgeable of principles, methods, and techniques of marketing strategies
