Job Description
Growing industrial real estate brokerage firm located in Buckhead seeks to hire an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their fun and supportive team. This is an in-office role working Monday - Thursday 8 - 4 or 8:30 - 4:30 and Fridays are early release at 12 noon. This is a salaried position, and you will be paid for 40 hours although working less than.
The Managing Partner is a stickler for punctuality so if you're one to consistently run late this is not the job for you.

We're looking for an outgoing, effervescent, affable, flexible, and punctual individual who is eager to grow within the organization as this role offers a clear path for advancement. It's imperative you enjoy and have the skills to handle social media management as this will be an important aspect to the role. If you're sports minded, you'll have a lot in common with your teammates! You MUST be okay with participating in occasional after-hour events. Fun work environment - outings, events, happy hours, etc. (sometimes including significant others) are usually held monthly and participation is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, property listings, and presentations.
- Handle social media management for the company.
- Maintain office organization and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Greet clients and visitors, offering a warm and friendly first impression.
- Help coordinate and execute office events and team-building activities.
- Handle general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Support the team in various projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with brokers and colleagues to contribute to a positive and cohesive office culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; personality, attitude, and potential are equally important.
- Outgoing, effervescent, and affable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle social media management.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Punctual and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
- Eager to be a team player and sports-minded is a plus.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign most helpful.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about career growth and open to taking on new challenges.
- Some previous AA/Marketing experience required, real estate or office management preferred.
Company offers a salary to $60,000 plus bonus (10-15%). Benefits include 16 days PTO upon hire; increases 1 day per year of service, up to 26 days. 8 - 10 paid holidays annually and you'll be given a generous stipend for healthcare benefits.
