The Role:
With the tax season here, we're in search of a proactive Marketing/Admin Assistant who will be integral to our operations. Your role will include:
- Scanning and managing tax documents from our valued clients.
- Answering calls and ensuring effective communication channels.
- Efficiently updating our practice management system.
- Assisting our CPAs with various projects, providing support that directly contributes to our clients' success.
- Other Administrative duties around the office
Post-tax season, your focus will shift to enhancing our marketing and sales efforts. This includes:
- Assiting with outbound marketing process.
- Assisting in developing marketing strategies to attract small business clients.
- Expanding our online presence and digital footprint.
- Managing inbound prospect calls.
Who You Are:
- A multitasking guru with superb organizational skills.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Excellent in communication, both written and verbal.
- Interested in both administrative and marketing roles.
- Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or customer service role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.31 - $22.05 per hour
