Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT), the industry leader in fireplace and stove design and manufacturing, is in search of a Market Research Analyst Intern to join our Consumer Experience team in Lakeville, MN. Our internship will run for approximately 11 weeks during the summer of 2024, and is a paid internship.
Each summer, 15 to 20 students from a variety of majors, join the HHT family for a summer focused on hands on learning, professional development, and networking.
As an intern with Hearth & Home Technologies, you join a fast-paced team with a vision and passion for implementing solutions and exceeding our customers' expectations. While no day will be the same, you can expect to put the knowledge you have gained in the classroom to use every day in a variety of experiences.
HHT interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance. Throughout the summer, professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.
If you love digging into data and uncovering the story hiding within, this opportunity is for you. The Market Research Analyst Intern will assist in various product innovation and marketing initiatives, synthesizing data into useful and insightful information. In particular, the intern will analyze existing qualitative data sets and draft reports explaining the findings, implications, and recommendations indicated. There may also be opportunity to support project teams with Market Research activities including developing recruiting screeners and discussion guides, reviewing secondary research sources, existing quantitative research reports, and other tools for decision making.
What it takes:
• Pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field
• Strong leadership characteristics reflected in school or work environments.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong communication skills are required
