SalaryOverview: As the Market President, provides planning, strategic direction, organization and evaluation of commercial and branch initiatives for the North Branch Minnesota area. Implements measurable branch objectives which support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Leads and manages the North Branch and Commercial Banking team guiding the team to overall branch objectives. Manages their own commercial/ag banking relationships and coordinates business development efforts with designated personnel within the organization. Coordinates market growth and client retention strategies with President & CEO, Sales & Marketing Officer, and support staff with overall efforts so results are achieved through various lines of business activities. Prepares budget and works with President & CEO on strategic planning, business growth and retention, and other assigned project management.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
