Vice President Of Marketing & Ecommerce

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce to lead our multi-channel marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, increase market share, and achieve corporate financial goals. As a key member of our executive team, you will oversee customer, product, content, and ecommerce marketing functions while providing strategic leadership for our ecommerce platform.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Profitably acquire new customers through digital advertising, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media, and other direct marketing programs.
• Evolve social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement with customers.
• Increase sales, margin, and customer counts in both eCommerce and store channels.
• Develop traffic-driving strategies aligned with customer preferences.
• Establish and maintain customer experience standards.
• Manage gross margin return on advertising (GMROA) to meet objectives.
• Develop marketing programs, budgets, and staff aligned with corporate goals.
• Direct the development, maintenance, and execution of the Ecommerce business strategy.
• Oversee execution of Marketing, advertising, and promotional plans across channels.
• Highlight company brands through creative oversight in various channels.
• Assist in retail marketing programs, product launches, and promotional calendar planning.
• Direct public relations activities.
• Contribute to growth strategy development based on research, analysis, and trends.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and managing omni-channel marketing plans.
• 10-15 years of Marketing experience with a focus on online digital spend.
• Strong marketing and analytical skills.
• Multi-channel experience is essential.
• Woodworking, DIY, or enthusiast industry experience is a plus.
