The Role
We are seeking a highly intrinsically motivated, smart and hungry person to join our team. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence in a specific geographic area. Your role will focus on building strong business relationships, onboarding new businesses to our marketplace, enhancing our network of premier partners, driving new membership sales, and ensuring the growth and retention of our membership base. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of expanding our market reach and influence, making a tangible impact on our success and growth.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating market penetration in number and quality of businesses in your market for the PassPass App. Your goal is to develop relationships and build a robust marketplace with deep penetration and top businesses offering great deals for PassPass members.
- You will Identify and engage potential business partners within the designated geographic area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to onboard new businesses to the PassPass marketplace.
- Premier Partner Management: Work closely with premier partners and customer success to develop and implement strategies that enhance their visibility and engagement on our platform. Ensure partners receive the support needed to maximize their participation and success within the marketplace.
- Membership Sales & Growth: Drive efforts to increase new membership sales through targeted strategies and initiatives. Leverage market research and insights to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the geographic area.
- Membership Retention: Implement and oversee strategies to retain existing members, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement with our platform. Monitor membership trends within the market and provide feedback to product and customer success to continuously improve the member experience.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and opportunities for growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market objectives and targets.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to enhance our marketplace offering and member experience. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

- You must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week, we can’t win with a standard 9-5 mindset
