We are located in Capers & Lemons Italian Restaurant and provide freshly made products right from our kitchen! A Platinum Dining GroupMarket Attendantis an ambassador for our restaurant. The Market Attendant will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our fine-goods retail Market with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

He/She will promote our products and services to customers. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Gives the initial impression of the Market to the customers and greet them with pleasantness Actively engage with the customers to identify needs Answer general questions in person and by phone Stimulate and promote interest in our products Maintains a base knowledge and understanding of products offered Is organized with taking and delivering to-go orders to customers Maintains a neat and organized facility Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed Enjoys providing great hospitality Qualifications: Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Positive attitude and high energy Excellent listening and communication skills Team player who looks for ways to assist other employees when needed Self-motivated and outgoing personality Polite demeanor with the ability to drive the conversation Strong organizational skills Knowledge of a second language isa plus
