Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing, Planning or Industrial engineer, with 2-7years of experience in the aerospace industry. Work involves project planning, reporting project performance, and hands-on troubleshooting of complex mechanical sub-systems manufacturing for the aircraft/satellite/rocket industries. The position will also entail production forecast and manufacturing status reporting.
Requirements
- BS or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
- 2 plus years of experience in a Manufacturing/ Planning Engineer role or a comparable position.
- Strong CAD/computer skills including SolidWorks and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to read and draft engineering drawings with a working knowledge of ASME Y14.5.
- Independent critical thinking and strong personal interactions skills.
- Ability to accurately assess production progress.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
