Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Team Member is responsible to perform a variety of maintenance responsibilities including both facilities and mechanical maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:

- Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
- Has general knowledge and ability to utilize machine tools.
- Repairs and/or installs electrical lines on production equipment, machinery, or physical facility.
- Performs general and preventative maintenance plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility’s equipment and systems preferred.
- Ability to perform general cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of tow motor and other motorized vehicles within production environment.
- Assists in routine maintenance, the repair of and/or moving of heavy machinery within production environment.
- Assists in building construction as necessary.
- Knowledge of and ability to work safely with a variety of chemicals and lubricants.
- Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics a plus.
- Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years proven manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year mechanical knowledge preferred.
- Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred.
- High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
The Maintenance Team Member must have the following abilities:
- Stand, bend, stretch for hours at a time and lift finished products overhead.
- Must be able to lift between 37 and 50 lbs at a time.
- Read and comprehend written instructions and ensure instructions are met and achieved upon review of completed product. Must be able to properly record quality related concerns as they arise.
- Ability to be able to visually inspect finished product; view stress fractures, bubbles, color accuracy and other quality metrics to ensure production and client metrics are met.
- Ability to communicate in professional tone and manner in both verbal and written means.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a collaborative team setting.
- Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency
The Maintenance Team Member must be able to
- Work on dayshift (6am-2:30 pm), OR other shifts based on business need.
- Work on-call as needed, if skill level applicable, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime on designated weeks.
Pay: starts at $25 an hour and based on experience
