Manufacturing Production Associate
Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a key role in our production process, working closely with other team members to ensure that products are manufactured on time and to the highest standards of quality. The Manufacturing Production Associate position is responsible for working as part of a team during the production, final assembly and packaging process. You will work within a friendly, hardworking team environment and have the opportunity for growth in learning how to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and new technologies. Additional responsibilities include the operation of various manufacturing machines, assisting our welders, and the fabrication of various components to our products.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate safely and efficiently manufacturing equipment including punches, press brakes, sanders and tumblers
- Follow instructions and procedures to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Team assembly and packaging of various product lines
- Assisting senior welders with fixture loading and unloading
- Perform quality checks on products and materials
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Work Week
- Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
- (2) 15 minute paid break
- (1) 30 minute lunch break
- Average weekly OT 7+ hours
- Option to work Saturdays for additional OT
