Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused individual that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where they will be learning multiple jobs within the Operations group and thinking of creative ways to improve the process. This individual’s main responsibility will be to help laser process, clean and inspect components with the help of the rest of team. This candidate should have a strong work ethic and expect to have flexibility within the Operations group and willingness to learn all the steps of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and Run State of the Art Laser Cutting Systems
• Clean and inspect lifesaving medical device components.
• Master all the processes and think of ways to improve them
• Be a member of the team responsible for startup and shutdown of all facilities equipment
• Inspect components to ensure specifications have been met.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Have fun
• Follows instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Company policy and good safe labor practices.
• Employee must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent
• Experience with Inspection Equipment or equivalent
• Be willing to learn and take on different responsibilities
