Objetives
- Analyzes existing systems and processes and identifies value-added and non-value-added activities to solve design challenges.
- Conceives, designs, develops, and tests innovative solutions based on analysis and organizational objectives.
- Evaluates new and existing processes, equipment, and materials as an input for scheduling methods, performance metrics, and financial standards.
- Upholds the company's reputation by delivering innovative solutions while adhering to local and national regulations.
- Manages and conducts employee training for productivity improvement projects, and mentor fellow engineers and technicians.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency during production.
Researches and tests design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean manufacturing, kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements.
Designs and develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve processes and ensure best practices.
Creates and maintains required documentation for manufacturing processes, including flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gain insights and direction
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Skills:
In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time studies, and process balancing
Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering js preferred
At least five years of proven experience working as a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer
Knowledge of advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP)
