Responsibilities:
o Hours per week may vary so a flexible schedule may be required. Anticipated weekly hours may range from 10-25 hours per week based on the amount of vacant units available ...
o Assist with calling guest cards, setting up showings, following up
o The candidate would also complete drive-by inspections and report back to office personnel any lease violations or property deficiencies found
o Assist with unit inspections as needed
o Be willing to pick up trash, assist with light cleaning of units
o Cell phone provided and all leasing calls forwarded to this phone.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
