THE JOB
As a Baker, your primary role involves meticulously following recipes and yield guides. Additionally, you play a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience through warm smiles and exceptional service. By attentively understanding their individual stories and requirements, you'll take ownership of their experience, crafting memorable moments that extend far beyond their stay with us."
THE DAY TO DAY
Cook dishes according to recipes and yield guides, while also assisting in decorating cakes and pastries.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu and focus on precise plate presentation.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas are consistently upheld. Properly label and date products for safety and sanitation purposes.
Set up and break down workstations as needed.
Continuously restock kitchen supplies and food items for service.
Effectively communicate and assist management, chefs, and service staff to address guest and employee needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has previous experience in a resort setting
Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards
Collaborates effectively with teammates
Describes themselves as detail orientated
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
Food Handler Safety Card
