Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead our team of associate attorneys, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with associate attorneys to strategize on complex family law cases, leveraging your extensive experience to find creative solutions and achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Train new legal team members on firm procedures, best practices, and case management strategies.
• Serve as a resource for legal staff, answering questions, providing clarification on legal matters, and offering insights based on your years of experience.
• Manage a reduced caseload, allowing you to focus on mentoring while still actively contributing to the firm's legal production.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel supported and empowered to excel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia and in good standing.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience practicing family law, with a proven track record of success in complex litigation and negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client and colleague interactions.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of legal practice.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case analysis.
• Experience with billing and time entry systems, with a focus on conveying value to clients through transparent and accurate billing practices.
