Job Summary
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, quality control reviews and task delegation.
Job Type
· $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
· Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm, Full-time, onsite
· Location: 2160 Satellite Boulevard, Suite 200 | Duluth, GA 30097
Basic Requirements and Qualifications
· Two or more years of experience in office management
· Bachelor's degree (preferred)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Responsibilities
· Monthly performance reviews of staff
· Daily staff management
· Quality reviews
· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
· Team support – production, HR, operational, technical and reporting
· Partner with the Operations Director to maintain office policies as necessary
· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and property manager
· Report office progress to management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures
· Provide clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents
· Train new employees - orientation, onboarding
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
· Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed
· Performs other related duties/projects as assigned
